have been shut down for the inter-nation market in Europe.
It is not 1920s where each European nation charged prohibitive customs duties on each other's export.
Even the EU-level customs has been relatively low due to multiple rounds of cuts under GATT negotiation in the last 6 decades.
Customs tariff is zero now for national gov., such as the Italian gov. You want to use that collateral?
