又是在华夏论坛和运独轮打口水战的时候，记得外蒙是1921年正式宣布独立，当时还没有wiki，现在查一下wiki，写得很明白嘛：）））
At the end of the 17th century, most of Mongolia had been incorporated into the area ruled by the Qing Dynasty. During the collapse of the Qing Dynasty in 1911, Mongolia declared independence, but had to struggle until 1921 to firmly establish de-facto independence from the Republic of China, and until 1945 to gain international recognition.
看看，1945年是得到国际承认（international recognition）。现在有诸多脑残将外蒙独立归咎于土共，难以理解啊。
